Hi!


My name is Sunyoung Lee, a medical student planning to practice in the US. Supporting or helping single moms, especially Korean single moms has been my long term goal and dream. I am Korean, so I know the situation very well: why single moms decide to give up babies and how Korean people look at single moms. I am a first year med student, having a long way to go until deciding my specialty, but OB/GYN has been my first priority / preference for various reasons, one of which is myself wanting to help single moms as an obstetrician. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there actually are people already realizing what I have embraced in my mind. I thank every member of KUMSN and Dr. Boas. I hope to be a part of this great work someday in the future: loving and supporting single moms.
